Although business coaching sounds like a simple concept, its not a term that provides a lot of clarity to what I provide or what a coaching session looks like.
For myself, business coaching is a two way conversation about your business. In the initial session, we will discuss the basic foundations of your business, what you are trying to achieve and what issues you may be facing.
From there, our discussions will focus on strategies to achieve those goals or overcome those obstacles and how you are progressing with implementing those strategies over time.
What happens after the first session?
I am not a one size fits all kind of guy.
Every business is different. Its needs are different. Its customers are different, Its challenges are different. So, I won’t deliver the exact same plan for every business because different businesses will benefit from different focal points.
However, its important to know there is a plan.
Below is a template I have made that a business could expect from our coaching sessions.
